The property is located a short walk from La Gacilly town centre where you will find too many restaurants, bars and shops to list. The town is popular with artisans and there are many boutiques and studios where you can buy their wares, or simply enjoy the photography festival which runs from June to September. Other attractions within walking distance include the market hall (Saturdays), the outdoor pool which opens in July and August is only 100m away, plus the popular Yves Rocher garden. Yves Rocher have also opened a spa in the town, La Grée des Landes, which offers numerous treatments.

The nearest beaches are a 45 minute drive, and the pretty towns of Rochefort-en-Terre (voted one of France’s most beautiful), Josselin with its impressive château and La Roche Bernard are also within easy reach.

The nearest SNCF station is at Redon (10 minutes) and the airports at Rennes and Nantes are around an hour. Saint Malo ferry port is 90 minutes.
